Paying for treatment
I am currently an out-of-network provider for all insurance policies.
I encourage you to explore your policy's out-of-network benefits. You will need to call your insurance company to see if you qualify for out-of-network provider services. I'd be happy to help with this process as needed. When calling your insurance company, I recommend that you determine the procedures for claim submission and reimbursement rates for psychotherapy (specifically, CPT code 90791 for the initial visit, CPT code 90834 for subsequent 45-50 minute sessions, and CPT code of 90847 for family session.)
Additionally, I accept Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, all major credit cards, check or cash and am willing to set up payment plans upon financial need
